Achieve Australia, JewishCare, Trusted Home Care, and Aruma deliver SIL services in our homes. You choose your SIL provider independently. We coordinate with them to ensure seamless support from day one.
What SDA Funding Covers
SDA funding sits under Capital Supports in your NDIS plan. It covers the specialist dwelling, property maintenance, and included assistive technology. You pay a reasonable rent contribution capped by the NDIA.

Do I need SDA funding to apply?
Yes. SDA vacancies at Edenbridge are for NDIS participants with SDA funding in their plan. If you do not have SDA funding yet, contact your support coordinator to discuss eligibility and the assessment process.
Can I choose between a shared house and a villa?
Yes, subject to availability and your funding level. We discuss your preference during the enquiry process and match you with the right property type based on your needs and goals.
How long is the waitlist for SDA vacancies?

Can I bring my own SIL provider?
