Our vacancies are open to NDIS participants with SDA funding in their plan. We focus on people with intellectual disability, Down syndrome, autism, acquired brain injury, and other complex needs. Every home is registered under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and built to current SDA Design Standards.

Edenbridge Living is a registered NDIS SDA provider based in Sydney. We develop, own, and manage specialist disability accommodation for participants with intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, and complex support needs. Every home is purpose-built, single-storey, and located in premium residential suburbs.
Edenbridge is a Sydney-based family office. We develop, own, and operate our SDA homes for the long term. No exits, no sell-offs. When we build a home, we stay. That means consistent property management, ongoing maintenance, and a genuine relationship with every resident.
Achieve Australia, JewishCare, Trusted Home Care, and Aruma deliver SIL services in our homes. You choose your SIL provider independently. We coordinate with them to ensure seamless support from day one.
SDA funding sits under Capital Supports in your NDIS plan. It covers the specialist dwelling, property maintenance, and included assistive technology. You pay a reasonable rent contribution capped by the NDIA.
